Looking for some extra guidance on how to shop The Modist? Then follow our simple guide below:

 

Select a delivery country

The site will automatically select your current location as the default delivery country. You can change your delivery country and currency by clicking the drop down menu on the top left of the site or in the navigation link on mobile.

Sign In and Registration

To create an account, simply click on click here to change it or follow the Forgotten Password instructions on the after clicking on the 'Sign in' page.

You can also sign up to receive Modist Mail during registration or simply by entering your email address and clicking 'Sign Up' at the bottom of any page.

Finding a product

Here at The Modist you can shop in a number of ways. Browse the site using the drop down menus (New In, Designers, Clothing, Shoes and Accessories) or if you know exactly what it is you’re looking for, you can use the search tool which is always located at the top right of the page.

How to place an order

At The Modist you can shop multiple items from various designers all at once.

 
  • Using the search function, enter the product name, designer or category you are interested in and use the filters to refine the results.
  • Alternatively, you can use the product categories (e.g. Clothing > Dresses) to find the item you are looking for.
  • Once you’ve found an item you can’t live without, simply select your size and click ‘Add to Bag’.
  • You can review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the icon in the top right hand corner, where you can then continue to checkout.
  • Register your details or alternatively continue as a guest user.
  • Enter your delivery details and select your preferred delivery option.
  • Enter the billing address that the payment method is registered to.
  • Click ‘Continue To Payment’ and enter your credit card or PayPal details.
  • Click ‘Proceed To Review Your Order’ and check all details are correct and then complete your purchase.

What happens after you’ve placed your order

CONFIRMATION
Once you place your order and it has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from The Modist confirming the receipt of your order.

DISPATCH
Once your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email with details of your order and how you can track your delivery.

DELIVERY
Depending on your location, you will receive your item within the specified time frame from The Modist Fleet, Mara Express or DHL. All that’s left is to open your package and enjoy your new purchase.
